Yeah, the advantage of being top 3 in cap space is being able to front load your bigger contracts and get them out of the way and entice the FA to accept ripcords in case things don't work out.
Paraag is fully taking advantage of that which is smart! Buckner should cost around $19M and Kittle around $11M should be the last two big in-house deals left and that's with paying your FQB and getting a huge chunk of that out of the way early to reduce APY.
I doubt we'll ever get under #20 for cap space; but everyone should have no issues fitting under this cap structure.
