There is a give and take but nobody is forcing these players to sign these contracts. The agent in question complaining should maybe try blaming the agents responsible for negotiating these deals and blame the players for choosing to sign these deals.
Yep. This guy is complaining that the team signs team-friendly deals. Um, ok. What does he expect? Does he imagine the team is a charity?
