really should try reading Lombardi's work on the cap and how it's not as great as it looks. Not critical yet, but it's not some crazy number that we should just be giving out huge money all willy nilly... luckily, Paraag is one of the best at manipulating the numbers.

You look at his GM stint with the Browns and reasonably assumed he knows the cap like Paraage. No, he doesn't lol
