Making a SB and NFC title game is "responsibly competing"

Absolutely. They'll be on the cusp of the playoffs this year too. Like Seattle, you can be an annual playoff team but not be a real threat to winning a title. That's our lane...just a few key moves, coaches and players away from being a very real and serious contender.

Yes, praise for team-friendly deals where appropriate. Best offensive player we've had since TO is like "I want to be traded?" Yeah, I got some feelings about that.

LOL. Obviously there's nothing to worry about when your best home grown heart-of-the-team player on offense and defense are traded or want to be traded. Yeah...this is normal.

#Bridesmaid
how does that answer my question ?

how does that take away that we retained and paid some of the top players in the league ?

There is no perfect roster.. you will just be upseat for the rest of your life if you think there can be

Yah because we are a real and serious contender if we just signed Connor Williams or whoever is your new guard of choice.

maybe you should focus on the player then

Kittle and Warner want to be traded?

He has way more power than salary cap.
Don't bother watching next year. NC and GM have let it be known that this team isn't really competing for a SB and are actually in a rebuild …which was news to me lol

Paraag has turned our fan base into low expectation Texan fans.

It's crazy how things have changed. They're DEFENDING Paraag.

Kinlaw goes from a better 3T prospect than Buckner to being OK with him at anything from NT, regimes change Paraag and player acquisitions do not, Pettis, injuries, pass protection, Tom Compton off seasons, first round busts, etc. These guys could justify anything. Even when the "evidence" is right in front of their faces year. You want evidence? Open your eyes. This team is only interested in being competitive. They aren't really competing for a Superbowl.

what an absolutely asinine take NC. Come on man

What moves have they made (let's start here) that make you feel this team is competing with the top teams in the NFC and AFC this year.

Charvarius Ward?

This all sounds so familiar lol

If this guy is such a f**king genius with crunching numbers why are we now dead last in salary cap department? Nothing is sure proof even the wiz kid can't keep this up for years N years. f**k his methods time to start taking aggressive approach N get real talent before that small SB window of opportunity closes!!!!

Just trying to save you some heartache. It'll still be entertaining either way. They are competitive! Will rarely ever get blown out. Lots of 4Q surprises.

Yup. Common annual off season trends. Maybe had John brought in OBJ or Miller in-season, that could have pushed us over the Rams instead.

So Ward pushes our roster up there with the top 3 teams in the NFC and 7 expected in the AFC? You feel confident we're right there?

PS: You should listen to the Here's the Catch podcast. From how the Kittle negotiations really went to money to trends. Sounds like they agree with NC/GM's take.

Could be. If Trey can see Brandon Aiyuk wide open more often than Jimmy could there might be less 4Q surprises.

Possibly. That might be just enough to overcome all the other consistent team game issues.
