This is how Google describes that site. But let's pull from the article itself... "everybody knows..." So is this a fact? Certainly doesn't sound like it - sounds like "connecting the dots".

Lots and lots of writers seem to be making the same connection.

Who? Name one local beat writer not named Kawakami or Killion or Cohen (editorials). Name someone who's going or record with it as fact.

He is the prwsident of the 49ers, of course he is the GM's boss. Who do you think Baalkr reports to? What did Jed say exactly?

Baalke reports to Jed directly and not through Paraag. Do you know what the duties of the 49er president are? Are you sure you understand the power structure? What's interesting is that you claim to read all these rumors and clearly the rumors identify the power players on the football side as Jed and Baalke, not Paraag - and I can use many of the sources you're relying on regarding the leak ....

Marathe also holds a significant leadership position on the football side. He is the club's chief contract negotiator and salary cap architect, and also runs the team's football analytics efforts. He is responsible for the 49ers compliance with the NFL's collective bargaining agreement and works closely with general manager Trent Baalke on all aspects of the club's football operations.
