Jerry Rice wants Carr in.

This is now a legitimate question. I think it is time to try Carr, see if he can get the offense moving consistently.

At least if he sucks, he would suck in a different way.

I believe in David Carr. He knows this is his last chance as a QB in the NFL. He will make it happen.

I am from fresno so I am bias. What is the harm really you guys are 0-4.


To the least he can manage a game better than Smith. Remember that 3rd preseason game when he dove for that first down? Singletary thought it was stupid, but Carr won that game. Singletary and Alex are 0-4.

So what's the Harm? You guys will draft a QB come 2011 anyways.

You guys just need a small sparx for turning it around. David could produce that. 49 are loaded with talent. Just like the Ravens were till Dilfer.

While I don't feel that any of our losses this season are Smith's fault, he has shown he does not have that "X" factor. He does not have the ability to make something special happen to win a game when it comes down to the line.

I agree it wouldn't hurt to see Carr at this point to see what he is.
