I knew Carr was terrible. The was public knowledge.
What I didn't know was that he has , as Boast pointed out in the game thread, an arm weaker than Shaun Hill's.
I mean, how was that uy a 1st overall pick? The first thing this scouts look at is arm strenght (which is stupid but it's what they do). They love putting the guy on his knees and watching how far he can throw. So how did they rate him that high??
