I agree. He looked very good when he played against us, with San Diego. Overall, made good decisions and accurate throws, with the exception of one bonehead interception. What have we seen of Kaep that has been impressive, except arm strength? Both Tolzien and Kaep need to prove themselves in camp and if they can wrest the job from Smith (assuming he's here), then the best man won. But those who dismiss Tolzien out of hand, or think Kaep is the guy, obviously haven't been paying attention, or are simply hallucinating.
