Yup. Gore, justin, crabs, VD, kap all had somthing to say. I guess it is easier to just s**t on them then face the fact that three suits gutted a winning formula over their egos.

Bunch of clueless ties we have in the FO.

Three of those guys were talking s**t about the QB, lol.

Gore was upset with baalke for smith not talking to him, smith not wanting to play for us has nothing to so with kap, VD said this team lacked the energy of the broncos, amongst other things ans crabs turned down an offer to stay here.

Go work on your crappy draft evaluations so you don't hype up scrubs like patton again and maybe one day you can sniff maddogg's jock.

Gore got to Indy and started talking up Luck and said he was the best leader he had played with.

"I'm not knocking my other quarterbacks, I respect them other guys, but being around this guy a couple months, he's a different breed. He's smart. He makes me feel young. He runs the huddle. I never had that."

Crabtree took less money to go to Oakland and threw Kaepernick under the bus as soon as he got there.

"I needed new scenery. It wasn't for me," Crabtree said. "I needed a quarterback that can deliver the ball, and that was hungry like I was."

VD reportedly nearly came to blows with Staley over his complaints about Kaepernick.

Step your troll game up. At least Sus manages to be entertaining at times.

There's this need by some 49er "fans" to be right about doom and gloom because of some perceived personal wrong the team has committed than actually root for the team to succeed. Many of them like the national reporters they so vehemently criticized when the team was winning are now the peddlers of those same rumors as "evidence" that nothing will get better. Then when challenged, accuse others of being too optimistic about the team winning. Maybe it's me but shouldn't you want "your team" to win? I'm really lost on the definition these days of "love the players" but "hate everything else" but then hate those who choose and coach the players. I've never I my 38 years watching NFL squads see a percentage of fan base hate it's and team and so actively root against its success.

This.

Is total hyperbole.

Is totally not for a team that's 18 months removed from a conference championship.

And a world away.

Just another player that didnt want to play for Trent/Jed.

Not surprising at all.

your totally right man. Had nothing to do with his injuries, advanced age, and three straight long seasons with deep playoff runs. Was all Trent and Jed. With a better owner and GM Smith wouldnt retire until hes 45! Spot on

You think he wanted to play for that joke of a coaching staff?

Wake up.

This. Homers are SoBlind

He straight up said he was retiring due to his body being beat up. Smith liked Jimmy T and defended him after his first press conference. Don't confuse not being a hater with being a Homer

Excuse me but I have every right to be pissed off. The moves they made last year were unacceptable.

I've never seen a team fire an entire coaching staff that went 44-19-1.

I'm not a kid anymore who likes players and buys jerseys. I'm an old fed up fan with the common sense to see Jed and Trent have sucked at what they do they last few years.

Maybe Jed should have kept his mouth off twitter sooner?

So let's get this straight - no one is denying anyone's right to be pissed off. No one is saying you can't feel angry about last year's record. I actually have seen a team make things so hard for a multi-SB winning genius HC where he wanted to retire because of it.

But I'm not a fan anymore of the tired ol anger that turns into lies and hyperbole; where people in their anger just start making s**t up and taking every little rumor and comment and turning it into fact in some poor effort to try and "root against Jed and Trent".

You get to be angry, but you don't get to make stuff up and publish it as the truth without being challenged. Anger and truth are two separate things. For example:

I'm an old fed up fan with the common sense to see Jed and Trent have sucked at what they do they last few years.

Few years? You men more than 18 months? Jed and Trent sucked in 2012? This is where s**t gets messy. Sure be mad and angry for what's deserved, but this whole "this team has sucked for years and years" narrative is just downright b******t.

Trent did suck in 2012. He whiffed on an entire draft class.

He might want to play for a contender. But I also remember him saying he didn't want to be a rotational type player. All balls or no balls kind of thing.

Maybe the Seahawks

Maybe Houston - if the make a big FA splash?

Seeing Justin and Watt on the field at the same time would be incredible.
The other thing disgruntled fans need to keep in mind is a good number of teams coming off unsuccessful seasons have turned things around in a hurry...the Baalke/Kelly team has an opportunity to do just that. They'll obviously need to sign some key FA's to bolster the OL, DL and probably a couple of other positions, then kill the draft. It's out there to be had...I personally think they can get the job done, but only time will tell. I agree, what happened in 2015 is history...there's nothing to be gained from harping about Niner management other than seeing your angry comments in print. It's time to look forward...to give the Kelly/Baalke team a chance to succeed. If they blow the off-season, then by all means, let 'em have it...but my gut's telling me that's just not going to happen.

Now, as for Justin Smith, I don't know where the rumor about him started, but I'd seriously doubt that he'll play again. Think back to the Harbaugh era...he and his DL mates played a ridiculous amount of snaps, just about every season. They got seriously beat up. After playing 14 tough seasons on both Cincy and SF's DL, Justin was more than ready to retire. I can't think of any scenario where he'd come back for more punishment...not at 36/37 yrs old. Just makes no sense for Justin to do that...and he's no dummy.

Trent also whiffed the entire 2013 Class too and 2014 isn't very encouraging and 2015 gave minimal minimal results. Its getting Ugly for Baalke yet he remains employed and incharge. Yikes for us 49er fans.

What was the team record in 2012 and 2013 again? Yep, thought so.

Regarding 2012 he did a bad job. Whiffed on an entire draft. Took Jenkins and NOW is interested in Jeffery when he just could drafted him? The gm's job is to not just see down the block but see around the corner. A half decent 2012 draft could still be benefitting this team. This team falling off a cliff has a lot to do with his piss poor 2012 draft and honestly 2013 ain't that good either.

What was the team record in 2014 and 2015. Oh yeah oh ok

No SB? SB or bust, remember?
Originally posted by NinerGM:
Well isn't this the goal every year? So each time we don't go the SB it's a down year? Now I finally understand why everyone is so angry about the last 6 years.

I was being sarcastic. I think 9er fans are highly self-entitled and extremely delusional.
