Pretty much the same, don't care... both are fine.
What I dislike on both... is what I dislike on the pants and jerseys as well. All those damn white stripes!!!
Looks like a bunch of moving candy-canes. I miss this one most.

The gray face mask is ugly it does not go with the color scheme.

I think its because originally facemasks didnt come in all different team colors. gray was probably the stock color. now years later we wanted to mimic the old helmets, but use the new logo that was updated and improved. the gray facemask was part of the old helmets.
