The Yorks are back where they are most comfortable and happy. At the bottom. They understand the bottom. They are uncomfortable at the top.

Let's be honest here. The "success" years are as a result of being so bad for so long. They stockpile top 3, 5, 10 picks. There is nowhere you can go but up. So I guess there is some method to their madness. But they spend 90% of their time at the bottom. They are who they are.

Kyle isn't focusing on being a head coach. We definitely have a problem. He quibbles over GPS tracking and play design.

He isn't seeing the big picture during games.

That's right. They hired the guys and stuck with the guys. They ran the 1 good coach they ever had out of town. The Yorks are responsible for 2 decades of failure.
