He's very quiet lately. Where is he? Team failing all over the place. Usually he is so chirpy on social media.

I bet myself which poster bumped this thread.

I was correct.

Counting $$$. Levi's makes bank between the team and events.

Hes stayed off social media for a few years now which is probably better for him.

He hasn't been "chirpy" in nearly a decade. Be glad he's silent.

I thought the same thing when I read SanDiego's post. I was like good! I don't want to hear his dumb mouth ever again

If we all followed Jed's example the world would be a better place.
Yeah, the less Jed the better.
Need to do something, team is old. Maybe a coach like Bilichick can rejuvenate the old vets and completely fix the D.

I hear Jed was shaking all the players hands and congratulating them after their whupping in Buffalo he won't be doing anything.
I appreciate that Jed York is patient and has learned from his previous mistakes. He's come quite a long way.

We have the right HC and GM combo even if it has not yet worked out as we expect(ed) it to.

This offseason will go a long way toward determining how quickly the team will be able to rebound from this season. We need to lay the foundation for the future.

Even if the 2025 offseason goes perfect for us, I still see us as at least two great drafts away from being a legitimate contending team again.

Got to get younger. It will take a bit of time.

However, many of the vets are quality players, so if the right immediate needs are acquired in free agency/draft they should still contend in those few years before the younger players that get picked to replace the vet positions will need to step up.

yeah not sure why people think the team this year was full healthy and just dropped off the face of the earth.

get healthy, add better OL (very doable this year in FA), Add a couple depth players for ST and draft BPA. We're still a top team.

My plan would be:

- Get best free agent C available
- Get affordable free agent SS
- Get a better vet QB backup
- Bring in competition for the K
- Draft BPA with 1st round pick among OL/DL
- Draft OL/DL/LB/DB/TE

I'd hold back from drafting RB/WR/QB this year. You can bring in a few UDFA guys at these positions, but drafting them seems wasteful.
