No, but I think seeing Tomsula as coach might have something to do with it...who was the first person to start pushing PW for the HOF? Jim Harbaugh...think about it.

thank you for proving my point lmao

You can't be cereal... Every defensive player and their mother loves Tomsula. Call him plan Z or whatever some fans misery hard ons want, but no one has a bad word to say about him when it comes to players.

I am totally serial or cereal...whatever...This is a real reason to become a Head Coach? How many NE players would want to shoot the sh*t with bill Belicheck? Being a great guy has nothing to do with competence or experience. And, believe me, P-Will knows who is competent and who is not.

So forget trying to force a trade, forget saying he wants to be cut. He's just gonna forego millions because a coach that he adores suddenly became his HC.

Your logic is embarrassing

Its more about how our window closed and we are rebuilding. Just like how jordan didn't want to start over with a new coach and opted to retire.

Although I doubt that rebuilding was the MAIN factor in his retirement, but it would be unreasonable to say Willis didn't consider the state of the niners when weighing his option whether to return.

Would have thought we learned our lesson after the Seattle billboard.

Strongly suggest that you read what Willis actually had to say about his retirement.

And by no stretch of the imagination was Jim Harbaugh the first person to start pushing for Willis to be enshrined in the hall of fame.

What fans don't realize is that this does more harm than good. Stuff like this does the job for STL ARI and SEA. If we are willing to tarnish our own image and berate our own team then we give our opponents one less thing to have on their plate. Like the fake report that we were trading Kap that came out. Sounded like someone's desperate attempt at scaring off Torrey and guess what? He felt obligated to ask around to make sure Kap was going to be here. We can be idiots at times not realizing that if we fuel bad press we can alter perceptions so that no players or coaches will visit us without trepidation. Oh the argument will be well thats Jed's fault and to that I say that you sure as heck aren't helping it

Jed York is now well known to be one of the worst owners in the NFL...he has done more to tarnish the image of the 49ers than any silly billboard could. He cooperated with our opponents by purging the coaching staff and making Baalke the Team King. I personally wish that a silly billboard would force his whole family out of town ASAP.

This is coming from someone who stuck up for Jed York A LOT up until this last season...

But Jed York has tarnished his own image. Or maybe he got some help from his parents.

Constant lies, BOLD statements that never get backed up, running great coaches out of town, meddling in football affairs, his trust fund baby type of arrogance...

We not only lost Jim Harbaugh, but we lost any respectable coaches working for this organization for a LOOOOONG time. Telling your head coaching candidate that YOU, the pretty boy owner with zero football acumen, will be deciding who his coordinators are? Citing a difference in your fundamental football philosophy vs. Harbaugh's as a reason to can him?

I hope the York's get caught for some kind of financial fraud and get forced to sell the team.

He was better off using a different site he wont get to keep the money he raised if he doesnt get to $89,000, which he wont get to.
