"I think you're gonna see us get back to the basics, get back to letting our players go out and make plays….You look at our offense last year. It wasn't I think where it should have been. I think we have better talent than what our results showed."

Understatement of the year!
Yep. York/Baalke saw how Harbaugh wasn't using the players to their strength and that was certainly the main point of conflict. No point is keeping around a HC who isn't going to use the players the GM acquired/acquires as designed, especially when he's looking for a pay increase.
Yeah Jed said that Kaep should run more.
So stupid of Harbaugh to try and make Kap a pocket QB and keep Him healthy and Gabbeet off the field.

The simplified narrative is rarely the real/full one.

There are more days than not, where Jed/Baalke come out as bums.
With veterans/great players gone, a new HC & not much to go by, with a bunch of have-beens, with players that have been cut loose or injured...this is turning out to be one hell of an off-season.
Interview Jed or Baalke now, I'm sure the response is the same: it's a process, class and some other bull.

Jed learned from the best, Eddie D. Trestman coordinated the 3rd ranked offense in the league in 96 and Eddie ran him off with "HE'S GONE!" cuz he felt like it. lol

So Jed complains about the offense and then hires a dline coordinator to be head coach.
He hired a TEACHER of football to be HC.
Genuis. Hire a guy who teaches football.
What are those called again? Oh yeah, coaches.

DORK is getting a lot of Karma punching him in the face right now. Unfortunately it's the fans who will pay a big price in 2015. It's going to get real ugly.
