New Principle Owner Jed York Thread

I personally like Jed York as an owner, and here i actually agree with what he is getting at. BUT, the guy needs as much media coaching as Tomsula.

All the s**t the team has been through, he should know its time to just STFU for a while and let the offseason moves and draft do the talking for the team.

Its over. Time to move forward.

I have lost all respect for Jed. You cannot believe a word that he says. He flip flops worst than any politician that I can think of. We had a good thing going and he threw it all away. Now it seems as though everyone is abandoning a sinking ship. My friends are bashing my team and there isn't anything I can say back because it is all true. Thanks for screwing us over Jed!!! I seriously feel like we have officially become the raiders over night.

I am not really sure what his strengths are. He is responsible for creating the culture that led to the nonsense that hung over the team last year and his actions this offseason seem to have most people scratching their head. The changes that were made after Harbaugh was pushed out don't seem innovative or bold. The Winning With Class comments have come back to bite him.
Whatever happens to this team he will deserve the blame or the credit. If the team comes out this year and wins I will sign his praises, if the team hits the skids I am going to blame him for the situation he created. You gotta pay the cost to be the boss.

Man, some of us are in here still mad at Jed / Baalke and worrying their heads to no end, when there are real (worse) problems going on...

"Garbage coaching staff?"...............Really!?! You my friend are delusional! This reminds me of a quote from Mark Twain " Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience." LOL! I love that quote.

I fail to see one statement in that interview that is misguided or not on point with the problems on the field last season. Fans are just hating to hate and not actually listening/reading the content of the statements.

The week to week comment was VERY revealing. It matches the criticism that Habaugh didn't establish a central game plan that was known by players like clockwork (something Walsh did extensively) and instead relied on the install of specific plays for that opponent each week. You do need the latter to some degree, but the problem is that if those specifically installed plays don't work as expected you need the automatic plays to fall back on, and this is especially true once the other team has adjusted at half time. No surprise that second half adjustments were a major problem later in the Harbaugh era.

Thank God they dumped that garbage staff that took this team to three straight championship games and a Super Bowl appearance.

Fangio and his staff - bums. All they did was keep a top defense on the field in each year of their tenure even with all the injuries to key contributors in 2014 and consistently coach up and develop talent.

But who cares they're garbage. A DL coach nobody's even bothered to promote to DC and Chryst who's been known for his dynamic offenses in the past (heh) will fix the Niners long time offensive woes. They along with Mangini will take a depleted Niners team to the Super Bowl past a stacked NFC West division, right?

I would have more respect for Jed if he just came out and admitted he didn't want Harbaugh anymore than making up all these lame excuses.

I notice you forgot to mention the "top" O last year. No half time adjustments and playcalling so bad opposing D's were calling out our plays. good job that wasn't Harbaugh's responsibility. And the coaching and development of offensive team players? HC doesn't need to worry about that?
