Why do some people insist on rehashing the same B.S. over and over. As someone who was absolutely shocked and angry when I first heard they were getting rid of Harbaugh, I was also deeply disappointed in the offense. It wasn't the 69% winning percentage. Some of us need to get that through our thick skulls. It was a combination of things including horrible offense and a head coach who didn't seem inclined to do what was needed to fix it, contentious relationships in the building, bad game-day strategy and management and who knows what else.

The idea that an organization would just mindlessly fire a relatively successful coach for no good reason is just stupid.

That's why the Head Coach had an agreed termination. As you are aware there is generally something of a clear out of coaching staff at those times.

Fangio and his staff - bums. All they did was keep a top defense on the field in each year of their tenure even with all the injuries to key contributors in 2014 and consistently coach up and develop talent.

But who cares they're garbage. A DL coach nobody's even bothered to promote to DC and Chryst who's been known for his dynamic offenses in the past (heh) will fix the Niners long time offensive woes. They along with Mangini will take a depleted Niners team to the Super Bowl past a stacked NFC West division, right?

And yet they seemed to always choke when it mattered the most. All Harbaugh will be known for is losing the first SB in 49ers history. That's it. He didn't win sh*t but a NFC Championship. Funny thing is, he was in the position to win all those games, and his boneheaded play calling cost us the game.

Jed York needs to STFU. man serious foot in mouth syndrome. lol it's obvious to the fans that they are not retooling and that they are not building to win a SB this yr. I believe we are rebuilding. right now we are the 3rd best team in the division.

With all due respect English, no one wanted Tomsula as HC or DC besides us. Yeah our O sucked, but we hired guys who were terrible before, or out of football. I don;t for one second believe that Steve Logan can turn Kap around overnight. Everyone seems to think Logan is this QB whisperer or something crazy like that. And Geep, how the hell is he gonna run a good O, when he sucked as QB coach?

I wish Jed had the guts to keep the defensive staff intact, not a fan of having Mangin as DC, and with all the losses, I see major stuggles on D in 2015.

Any more personal attacks and people are going to pick up long suspensions.

Guys, there are two sides to this argument and right now both sides are entrenched. So argument is pointless, really.

Well, there you are. I wish Harbaugh had fired Roman 4 games into last season. By the way J, not sure I see anything in my post that you contradict. I was taking issue with a previous post, not trying to defend the current position.

No one is expecting that Logan will make Kap throw for 500 yards a game. What they expect is that he'll help improve his mechanics, and help him make better decisions and improve his game. It's about getting Kap arrow up again instead of continuing to regress.

In regards to Chryst, I don't see what being a QB coach has to do with being an OC. They are completely different responsibilities. He needs to play to the offense's strengths, take advantage of opponents weaknesses, and call the right plays. None of that was his responsibility as QB coach. Again, we're looking for improvement from Roman here. The more improvement the merrier.

Why do people defend York? It doesn't matter if we are winning and somebody calls york a dumb douche bag. York made some really dumb decisions and he is vomiting garbage out of his mouth on a constant basis. Why does this offend anybody? It has no bearing on anybody but york and his inbred family.

This fan base deserve other NFL owners so they can see what real NFL life is like for most teams. How about the owners of the Jags or the Vikings. I would love it if he owner of the Bengals had this team for a bit. How about the owners in Tennessee or the current owner in St. Louis (soon to be LA). Anyone want the team owned by the same guy who owns the Chargers or Bills? How about the Bears? I can keep going but Jed IMHO has built a stadium, didn't piss off the state and isn't moving the team - still bringing in FA and will field a more than competitive squad. Wanna talk about cheap? Ask Bengal and Browns fans what cheap really is.
