Why do you hate him so much?

I'm especially curious because of the amount of post that you have.

Don't look sus in the eyes, I'm warning you.

They marooned you with that name? Rouuuugh.

Eh, I'd be interested to see how it turned out, but Kap gained invaluable experience.

True Kaep did gain experience. But look how Aaron Rodgers turned out... Not comparing the two - but just making the point that Rodgers gained an incredible amount of healthy experience behind Farve...

Really? That's what you think? Rodgers didn't get jack from Favre. Favre wasn't into helping the new guy. That is why there was an animosity there for quite a while. Rodgers is Rodgers because of Rodgers. The credit is his and his alone.

Jed just needs to sit back, let Baalke/Jimmy Tomsula do their thing, and fix the field.

this.

he is actually doing a good job of shutting the f**k up and staying out of the men only meetings.

glad to not be hearing about Jed , finally
Jed hasn't done anything that bad that should warrant the criticism he receives

Learning as a backup isn't about the starter, but playbook time, watching from sideline, etc

You think Joe taught Steve how to fling it? Lol
I'm doing my best...

he only undermined jim all of last year and thus undermined the team as they quit on harbs knowing he's 100% gone

the former coaches ego undermined himself not to mention his inability to adjust to other teams defense's and his inability to understand a play clock or a red flag..in regards to the players quitting, it began when the vets started rolling their eyes and made comments about the team going cross country for a stupid practice with his brothers team. I know you do not want to hear it but that is how i feel it went down.

JH was an employee that refused to get better in the one thing he was hired for, Offense

What do you do with employees that can't adapt or change? they get let go.

Apparently you give them the "Victim of the Year Award," give them total power of the organization and a huge pay increase and fire anyone who saw flaws in him and his college offensive system, childish personality, documented burn-out style, etc. and anything else negative over a 4-year tenure of "proof."
