He was debating jump or bullrush, decided to jump and thought Rolle was gonna go low and submarine him. So at the last second he pulls up and jumps more up than out... Rolle saw him pull up and change from low to high thinking VD was gonna cut back.
I talked to both players and that is as true as the day is blue.

He took off from at least the 3 yard line, and landed at least 1 yard in to the end zone. That's 4 yards (12 feet). That's pretty far, for a jump straight up in the air.

I think he was using his weight jumping up into DB to fall down inside the end zone...but indeed funny looking as if he couldn't make up his mind.

Agreed. When he began his jump he held the ball with one hand and the ball began to slip away from him. Jumping was the wrong choice. The photo on page 1 of this thread shows how he then had to re-grasp the ball with both hands before it got away just as the defender hit him. It could have easily resulted in a fumble. He also slowed down to begin his jump.

this is one of two favourite moments of the season so far. Just shows true awesomeness and unpredictabilty and next time in a similar situation the DB won't have a freakin clue what he's going to do.
