I don't care for the folks who have shat on Shanny and Lynch at any point in their tenure. Kind of b******t for you to embrace them now. If you didn't know how good Shanny was in February 2017 damn you for your myopic lack of vision. The s**t stain of Baalke's tenure was a lot to overcome and these folks failed to acknowledge the deep hole that Shanny and Lynch started in.
This was the third game in a row that I didn't have to sit right next to opposing fans. So refreshing!

I don't think about bandwagon fans too much. It is what it is. However, there were alot of fans that expected immediate results from this pairing and had a hard time objectively looking at how talent deprived this team really was. That seems to be the times though. A lot of fans live in that instant gratification world.

Kyle and Lynch did it the right way. They took their time and were methodical about their approach.
I cant say that I really blame them...it was really hard to sit through the slum lord years. Looking at our open cap space year over year and seeing the product on the field was disheartening to say the least. I came VERY close to hitting my limit. I mean I can take being bad, but I cant take not trying and we clearly weren't for a little while there.
More the merrier. Good opportunity to drop some knowledge on the newbs and make out a celebrity.
What's real annoying is when Bandwagoners get mad at other Bandwagoners for joining the bandwagon.

OR when the Bandwagoners try and act like they know what's been going on with the team all season. Like "Jimmy is not that good, he only threw it 8 times!!"

Other than that, bandwagons are welcomed! Just own it and admit it, we all had to start somewhere.

Anyone who has a different opinion than this bothers me. Bandwagon or casual fans have existed since the beginning of sports. If you dont have casuals or bandwagon fans liking your team, it means your team sucks.

Bandwagon fans > People who complain about them
Another thing. People who are fans of a team but only truly care or show up when they are good are NOT bandwagon fans. That is not what a bandwagon fan is.

Absolutely correct. They are our reward for some thin years.

We waited 23 years for an offensive mind with a clue (that is to say an incredibly high football IQ) to come here and lead the team, and be on the same page with a front office that has a high football IQ in their own right. How lucky are we as 49ers fans?

Very lucky.

Most fans wait a lifetime to see their team in the big dance. Those of us over 40 have been blessed for a lifetime.

And now my young son and daughter get to see a 9ers Super Bowl!
Being skeptical of the Yorks, Paraag and Lynch is hardly a bandwagoner move. It is a reasonable reaction by anyone who was a fan for the previous 16 years. The first draft didn't inspire confidence immediately either.
Die hards suffered a lot with the Yorks ownership.

Yep, that's called a "Fair-weather fan".

you can try to sugarcoat it all you want. If you don't show up for your team when they're bad and only come around when they have success. You are a bandwagon or fair weather.

Ppl can be like, yea i like football and say i like the niners, but never wear any gear when they suck, but then all of a sudden if they're good they start repping niner gear, another form of fair weather.

Conclusion: it doesn't really bother me, i like the more fans, love seeing our stadium more packed. but they know deep down they're bandwagon. I just know where i stand with being a diehard of this team. that's all that matters.
You need bandwagoners to increase faithfuls
