They're not, it was done in the concepts page at sportslogos.net forums.

Something people are failing to understand about the upcoming Nike uniforms. For Nike to make changes to the uniform, they have to have permission of the teams (same with the NCAA). We're probably going to see some changes in the material and cut of the uniform, but the designs are going to stay the same for the most part.
