I heard on the radio (95.7) that Randy Moss only played 25 percent of the snaps in last weeks game and was only targeted twice. My guess is that he isn't a good blocker, otherwise, why wouldn't he be on the field more?

red zone

he had a TD against GB

againt lions on that play where we got the PI that was a TD till the CB grabbed his arm and pulled both his arms down

he could easily get 10+ TD this year he should have 2 by now

Yeah and I guess it doesn't make sense to have 36 year old Moss throwing a lot of blocks. We need him fresh.

We'll put good use to him coming down the stretch, and he's a main target when it comes to RZ passing. He'll either grab one on ones for TD's, draw players away from Vernon, or in Sundays case, draw PI in the end zone, which is fine with me
Has anybody even tried man press him yet?
randy got any suggestions for team dinner?
I would LOVE to see Moss catch a long bomb down the sideline and take it to the house.

He's gotta be at least a little bit amped to go back to Minni.

I think this might be a big game for him performance wise.
Moss is gonna Moss his old team this week and Smith is gonna Game manage the s**t out of Mike Singletary and minni's defense!!!
I understand him not seeing many snaps or looks but I keep getting excited when I see him catch one. Puts a smile right on my face. Love having the dude on this team and I hope he stays one more after this. If he can continue to run and look as good as he has.

Yeah, it's just cool seeing him out there catching passes as a 49er. I bet a bunch of the 49ers players still feel that way, too.

Starstruck.
From looking at his NFL stat history and 2 games so far with the 49ers, if Moss plays all 16 games this season with the 49ers, he is probably in line to go around 475-550 yds,
around 32 1st downs, and 5-8 TDs. Certainly better than Josh Morgan ever did for us and what Braylon Edwards brought to the table last year (and that's not including Manningham in the equation).

The media tried to poke at him to say something negative about his lack of touches. He said the right things. Glad to hear that and I hope it stays that way!

He said the right things?

Media -- "Why are you not concerned about your lack of playing time?"
Moss -- "Because it's not up to me."

He is certainly not comfortable with his "role"; but as long as we are winning it won't be a problem.
