I like it. He was a bust at tackle but was a probowler at guard. If he makes it to the final roster I imagine that Person will be cut/sent to practice squad and Looney will probably go to IR.

Likely a 1yr deal worth $925,000, but only counts $540,000 against the cap due to veteran minimum discount. If anything he got a $65,000 signing bonus.

This guy was terrible his last year in Dallas. I have no idea why he didn't play much for Detroit last year (injury?), but I won't be counting on a Larry Allen type revival. Looks like a low risk flyer to me.
