I still have a copy of the sports section with the picture of Mariucci kneeling over Young and holding his hand when he broke his leg. The look on Mooch's face told it all. It looked like the end of the world was near.

That's exactly what I shouted when I heard. Felt like I just watched our guys get a sack. Damn. This is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAy overdue. Look at the numbers. The guy should have been first ballot.

Bryant Young deserves to get in. There aren't a lot of defensive tackles in the HOF. Only about 12 guys were considered full time tackles including Leo the Lion.
Speaking of awards, I see that Rodgers won the MVP again. Couldn't win his playoff game at home. though. The last MVP to win a SB was Kurt Warner in 1999. Maybe they need to wait until the SB is over before giving out that award.

Should have been Deebo. But if we're not being a homer, it still shouldn't have been Rodgers. It should have been Brady. 43 TDs. 6 INTs. Led the league in yards. Lost Antonio Brown. Had several injuries to his WRs.

About time! Great player.Was a main factor when Stubby won MVP. The only reason to watch at one point.

It's a weird thing. The yearly awards are for regular season performance.
They don't really have anything for post-season performance, except the Super Bowl MVP. But at the end of the day, everyone knows who balls out in post-season.
If you say to me "Joe Flacco"... I think "above-average QB", but at the same time... I also think "that guy somehow went on a magical tear in January/February 2013 and took our SB ring from us."
