This. I know Akers struggled but I really wanted him to pull through. I don't like how some guy that hasn't been on the team for more than a week is going to have the 9ers season in his kicks.

Yeah the other Kicker Justin Medlock wasn't any better LOL. What happened to Nate Keading? he's a career 80+ % PK. Wonder if his injury is still affecting him?

Actually, I believe that before the Niners signed Akers, he had been fired by the Eagles for blowing multiple kicks in a playoff game and costing us the game.
