Cundiff is a funny story, the guy was given a huge contract (highest paid kicker in the league) just two days before the AFC Championship game, and then regressed instantaneously, this guy is like a white CJ2K.

Will this in any way effect Andy Lee?? I mean hes been the holder for Akers and Nedney, two left footed kickers, for a while. Now theres a possibility he would have to switch sides to hold for Cundiff who is right footed.
I find it kinda odd Jim signs a guy his brother John let go

What ever happened to Joe Nedney? Or even the guy who was kicking field goals and punts for us in the pre-season. He looked pretty good

I think he's on someone's practice squad.

I doubt it. He's held for several kickers in his career.
Tavecchio got cut, IIRC

I would give Tavecchio a shot. He might be good.

I think it would be vice versa. Akers has been money under 40 yards this year.

what about the chipmshot that got blocked and returned for a td
Don't wanna be a dick, but the Cundiff was the reason the Skins started out 3-6, and could have been 5-4. -The guy they brought in to replace Cundiff back in October (Kai Forbath) came in and broke the NFL record for consecutive field goals, one of his shoes was sent to Canton last week.

Sadly though, the move makes sense, cause Cundiff is probably the only 'fit' kicker ready to start on the 12th with (recent) deep playoff experience, cause Jeff Reed is under a bar table somewhere, s**tting his pants.
practice report:

Akers- missed left
Cundiff- missed right

We're gonna keep Akers for 50+ kicks and extra points, then use Cundiff on 30-40 yd kicks, and we'll just flip a coin on anything below.

Jim is a genius, 2 kicker system, it's never been done before.

Your crazy, Snake.

we going with the hot foot

This made me lol
