6-10 and 0-16 are not far apart in my book. They are pretty much the same. No playoffs. Having said that, you did see tremendous improvement down the stretch going 5-0. I think you have to give Kyle some credit to spot Jimmy as a potential good QB - before he came here. Same with Kirk Cousins and BeatHard, it seems Kyle has that knack for seeing good QB's. I think Eventually BeatHard is going to be a good QB, we'll see.

My buddy is a Raider fan and tilted his head when I told him Bowman is on the downhill slide. Gave me tackling statistics... I gave him Derek Smith's tackling statistics...
