Sadly he can't move laterally anymore. Sucks because he was on track to be an all time great.

Time to hang em up bow. Maybe stay ready and someone gives you a call during the regular season. I'd like to think he can give you a damn first down lol.

Bowman didn't have a statistically bad season last year. in 15 games, he totaled 137 tackles, 1.5 sacks, 1 INT, and 3 pass defenses. Not that far off from his previous seasons in the league. He can still play, but the question is if he wants to or not. Perhaps he hangs 'em up like Willis did.

He's in that weird vet limbo where he's good enough to keep playing, but maybe not too much better than a far less expensive younger player.

Man I didn't like the way things ended with him saying he always wanted to be a raider, but its hard to hate him given he put the ultimate stamp on candlestick with the pick 6. I honestly don't want him playing anymore, I do understand why Patrick retired cause he doesn't want his last years to be miserable knowing you aren't your best self.

He's good enough to still be a starter in the league. I bet his salary demands are too high, he still sees himself as an all pro.

His legs play older than that now.

I'd love him back. But off the bench. He's good for the run plays lol.
