Agreed. Between him and Keuchly, they were the standard for MLB/ILB in that era after Ray Lewis.

Willis will get in, but it'll take a few years like Bryant Young (probably not as long). Bowman won't make it. He was awesome for 3 or 4 years, but that's not enough for the HoF.

Johnny Holland is a good LB coach, he took over I think when Ryan's became DC.
