Back to the Rookie Mini Camp....does anyone know if the rookies are allowed at the facility just for this weekend and not again until the OTA's, or can they stay at the facility permanently after this weekend?
They can only stay if their college class has graduated for that year. I know you are asking, what if they are underclassmen, samething, if graduation of that school is later then they can't stay and work out. That is why last year guys like Jenkins and LMJ missed a lot of time, they had to wait. Also, alot of guys lamblasted AJ for being out of shape, well missing camp had a lot to do with it, but also, if you have not read, even this years class like Patton and McDonald are said to winded and out of shape, it is just a different level, people and even the rookies don't realize that till they get their, it is like any profession, more demanding the higher you go. It is a matter how fast can you adapt.

Guessing Iupati is mad due to his surgery, so he can't workout with the team.

He can only watch, this is a rookie camp, all the vets can only workout on their own, can't workout as an organized team, they can work with each other but not with oversight of the coaches, CBA won't allow it. This camp is for rookies and guys without a credited year (never been on roster or ps I believe.) so that they can be familiar with coaches and get the playbook and what its like to be in the nfl, like an orientation.

Goodness gracious, the sky is falling...you guys don't know anything about football do you? You would look silly talking like that if you knew how Ronnie Lott or say Jerry Rice if you knew how their first camps went and reacted the same way. They are playing without pads and no contact. They are just trying to get their feet back under them, learn from the coaches and get/learn the playbook. Like the quote from the movie The Last Samurai-"Too Many Minds."

Wait till the pads go on and hitting is allowed miixed in with the veterans, but even then that is not specific. Are you guys like the fools who said Tolz should be ahead of Kaep on the dep chart based on limited observations and unweighted evaluations?

Speaking of Tolzien, I think he can kiss his career goodbye. We are going to be the only team in the NFL with our third string QB returning punts! Go Daniels.

That pic was taken for the "football school" mini camp the whole team was working out together, rooks and vets alike and I'm pretty sure the coaches where involved.

I was quoting AB about Iupati being mad cause he is not being able to work out even though we know AB was saying it in jest. I was just saying in seriousness THIS camp they are having this weekend...they can't.

Eric Reid losing on one on one battle with Mcdonald does not worry me. First of Goldson was not asked to cover TE much, and that job belongs to Willis. Camp is to improve and develop. Mcdonald is everything we hoped he was.
