Tolzien is playing much better than mccoy right now. Mccoy was supposed to have the run threat but I dont see it. Right now tolzien is heads and tails better in the pocket than mccoy.

Looks like McCoy is on a 1.5 mil, 1 year deal not guaranteed. If he continues to suck this month, then yes... Tolzien at # 2 and give B.J. Daniels a real shot at # 3. Daniels can even go to the PS to develop.

I would really like us to give Boone some LT and RT snaps during weekly practices and even PS games. I think by now, he has absorbed much from both OG and OT... so mixed snaps at all three positions shouldn't hurt his progression. We have solid OG options to plug in, if Boone has to slide to an OT spot due to injury. So let's just keep him as our starting G/swing T. He's young, and has another 3 years on his cheap contract.
