I think BJ beating Tolzien is probably a done deal. In terms of MarQueis, I haven't heard much about his progress so far. But, he used to be a WR which suggests to me he should have reasonable hands which has always been Celek's issue. Plus, having played QB before he was moved to WR, it should aid his understanding of the routes. If you watch his highlights, no doubt he can catch.

I totally agree with you, both of them have far higher upsides than Tolzien and Celek.
