First padded practice today? This should give some of the new guys a better feel for what they're doing.

I was watching as well, it was Kaep coaching up his budy. It was that simple, it started with Kaep moving his arms like he was sprinting and then looking over his right shoulder and putting his hands up like he was catching a deep pass.
No beef here just two players working on things in camp. Jeez
