I get that, but just from the eye test, watching him in preseason, he looks fine.

and he still saw the field last year, in the playoffs as well.
i know but nothing went his way, maybe ck did not see him, maybe he was unable to get open, they did not target him cept for one pass he dropped. Now is that the fault of jenkins, ck, the play calling, all of the above, none of the above, some of the above?

I think he just needs time to develop, like Kap needed. The niners have the luxury of drafting guys and having them redshirt.

Though our WRs dropping like flies doesn't help. Hopefully Jenkins will show some development this preseason. Maybe Chad Hall can earn a spot.

With all the minor injuries to our receivers, sore hamstrings, tweaked fingers, hip problems, all eyes of the press are mostly on Jenkins so anything he does wrong is going to be amplified beyond what it really should be. Most of that is based off of a rookie year with no production. He could do terrible this year like the press is trying to embed all over the interweb and in fans heads, or he could do really well, I prefer to think the latter because I trust the things his coaches and team mates have said about him so far in the offseason much more then any sort of media.

Yeah I think next year in the new stadium it will be back to the old/new logo unless they have a new idea for Levis Stadium. There using the classic this year for the final season at the stick.

They say it's just for 2013, a tribute to the last year at Candlestick. hopefully it's here to stay

or at least come up with something that looks better then the current.

you'd think with going back to our old unis (our current ones) and having a new stadium named after jeans, that we'd go back to our classic logo

Well our unis are partially updated as compared to the old, but I would think they could come up with something that gives respect to the classic end zone logo but is still new looking as well.

I will be rooting for Moore to make the squad, but it will be hard.

well if he keeps doing what he is doing, esp with the dings our wide outs seem to be getting, it may not be so far fetched

how has Lockette looked?
i think he has a cast on his hand or two fingers? Not sure but anyway i have been admonished by posters for forming an opinion about a player based upon reports from the beat writers. i guess if we are not at practice it is not appropriate we form an opinion, esp negative about one of the players

I havent heard about Lockette having a cast on his fingers, Patton does, but I havent heard much about lockette yet either,

good thoughts but i think there are some fair and square writers out there(you guys are smarter than me and know the names) that would tell it the way it seems to them from a good objective point of view. if they say jenkins is struggling, dropping balls, falling down at the line of scrimmage, being out played by moore that is what we have to go off of
Lockette has some sort of hip injury

not a big deal, with all the receivers on the 90 right now I still dont know who half of them are,

I think so also, so far nothing really seems too serious other then Crabtree and possibly Fleming.

still makes me wonder why they are toying with vernon at wide out,a legit move to give us an extra tool in the toolbox, worried about our injuries to our wide outs, maybe a smoke screen to scare seattle??
