I do actually.

Its funny when people correct spelling but then have a one word sentence and have another sentence that starts with a lower case letter and never actually ends. You win 10000000 internets today bro. Have you even read some of your posts in this thread alone. Punctuation and grammar is not your strong suit. Maybe spelling is, not sure.

Please share your vast knowledge of how Boldin has been a non factor against the 49ers. Some of us are dying to hear your reasoning.

I destroy you in all facets of punctuation and grammar bro.

Nice use of capital letters this time and you actually typed a complete sentence. 10000000 more internets.

This is fun and all, but i would still like to hear how you figure Boldin was not a factor against the 49ers when his entire career contradicts that stance. Its fine to be wrong.

I know right? COMPLETE SENTENCES! See how I ruffled LA9erfan's feathers? Mission accomplished. Anyways, where was I... Oh yeah, I consider Boldin overall a non factor 2006-2009, nothing really stands out. And even before that. He never dominated us. What stands out to me though are the primetime games in which we usually kept him in check nicely. Or maybe it's just the fact Fitz overshadowed him, who knows. Maybe that's why I just don't 'feel' like he was.

So your admitting to purposely trolling the thread in an attempt to ruffle feathers?

Your "feelings" are contradictory to historical facts. Maybe you should comment less on your "feeling" and look more at the historical facts. When you say "He never dominated us" you ignore the facts which seems impossible to do since they have been laid out here for you right before your eyes. Boldin has been a dominate force his entire career VS the 49ers. The numbers prove it. So what you are virtually saying is, im gonna ignore his career stats against the 49ers because it makes me "feel" good to be able to say that he was never a factor against the 49ers. That is fine if that is your position, but just know some people will fail to take you seriously when it comes to future discussions if that is the way you choose to handle said discussions.

There should be a comma between "grammar" and "bro", bro.

You really suck as a poster.

I'm sorry did I ruffle your feathers too?

Here's the thing, and i cant speak for LA, but when you result to petty comments instead of either defending your position or admitting you are pretty obviously wrong on a comment you made and someone points that out in very clear statistics and numbers, it really hurts your future credibility as a poster. None of us are always right, or always wrong. You didn't really ruffle my feathers, as i know based on facts and numbers that you are wrong, but you certainly did lose some credibility as a poster with me. Yes, i understand you couldn't care less about that, but facts are facts. Commenting like you did is the equivalent of my 6 y/o daughter saying "I know you are, but what am I?"

Like I give 2 s**ts what I post at 3am. That's why im not taking the debate serious. But I feel you, bro.

That's like saying Alex Smith is an Elite QB judging by the spectacular QB ratings he had last season. Sometimes you need a little of the eye test. And that is fine on yours as well, throw some opinion from what you saw too though.

I watched every game Boldin has ever played against the 49ers. He was certainly a dominate force. That was the "feeling" i got from watching his career against us. I then went and confirmed my "feeling" by looking at his career statistics against us, which i then posted in this thread. Like i said, if you take his career statistics against us and add them all up they are on par with his most dominate seasons, one of which won him rookie of the year.

Lets put it this way. Everyone talks about how last season Crabtree became a legitimate top 10 WR. Boldins career statistics against the 49ers over 14 games are better than the season Crabtree had for us last season.

Boldin passes both the eye test, and the numbers test.

You make it sound like he stood out and dominated us more than Fitz. I think he was more of a dominant force (Boldin) due to lack of defensive talent. Became a NON factor as years went on with him in Arizona, as we acquired better talent. Brown always was always decent against him.

Here to settle Boldin's impact against the niners as a member of the Cardinals

13 games

80 receptions - 6.1 Receptions Per Game
990 yards - 76 Yards Per Game
7 Touchdowns - 0.53 Touchdowns per game

averages out to 16ppg in a Fantasy PPR format league

under most definitions you could consider Anquan Boldin a major contributing factor for the cardinals vs the 49ers. However... I believe it should be noted that his best years were when we sucked horribly i.e. 2005

By Comparison our #1 threat against the Cardinals, Frank Gore, produced the following... and Anquan wasnt even the cards #1 weapon
(not counting 05 when he was a backup)

13 Games

1,036 yards - 79 yards per game
13 Touchdowns - 1 TD per game

These are games where Boldin out performed fitz against the 49ers.

week 14 2004
week 4 2005 (though fitz did have a nearly identical performance)
week 13 2005(again nearly identical performance)
week 1 2007
week 1 2008
week 10 2008
week 14 2009

So out of the 11 games we played against the cardinals where they had both Boldin and Fitz, 7 of those games Boldin out played fitz. Once again, we have actually played really well against Fitz throughout his career, although he has givien us "fitz" of his own, but the reality is, when the cardinals had both players, generally speaking, Boldin was the one that gave us the most problems problems.
