you got something against scoring?!
Where did I say it was a bad thing?

Well the 9ers are pretty much going to have Manningham and Boldin during the season so it should be an upgrade over last year. And we can also expect to see Chad Hall and Quinton Patton get some snaps.
What's Manningham's timetable? I think before he got hurt last year he was averaging about 5 rec. a game with Kaep at QB.

It is totally different....Crabtree was a top 10 pick for a weak team and probably would've went higher if not for his foot injury. Jenkins was a surprise bottom first round pick on a pretty good team. Let the kid actually play. His big issue last year was knowledge of the offense. He has that now....we'll see if the physical stuff will work out. Considering his play in college physical skills are fine with him. Adding more muscle/strength during the season certainly won't hurt.

I really don't have any stock on Jenkins. I like him, glad he worked on getting stronger but if the dude can't catch the ball because he's worried about getting hit...sorry boys he's not going to fix that any time soon. Things just do not go his way at all...

There was a report he was dropping fly sweeps and short crossing routes on a couple throws from kap.

OK But that doesn't directly relate it to be afraid of getting hit. But I get it now.

He also strained his hamstring today. Maybe the two are related

Reminds me of VD's jumping for every catch issue... its just a lack of confidence, hopefully he gets that fixed like VD has learned to stay grounded... most the time.

I don't expect nothing from him at all, he is a bust in my eyes and with crabs out we need to rely on boldin and hopefully manningham cause the dude can ball. KW is alright but he more of a 3 than a 2, manningham is better.

half of our active wide receivers are hurt.
anybody nervous about having a demonstrably poor wr crew when the show starts?
not a decent crew--a poor crew.
compare what we got to the rest of the league...we're in the bottom third.
throw in a stud tight end and it takes some sting away, but if this is what we're going with in the reg season, kaep is going to be hamstrung.
by comparison, look who alex smith is throwing to: baldwin, bowe, avery, mccluster, moeoki, kelce. that's a much scarier bunch.

Not scared yet, most injuries are minor.
