If AS plays like himself ...then chief better pray for defense and special teams

Well their defense will be more rested since he won't turn the ball over. Also they will gain an advantage in special teams and defense since he will help control field position. All of these aspects help lead to more wins so yes their prayers will be answered thanks to Alex.
it takes so long for him to move down the field. One penalty and it kills the drive

I lol'd when he ran out of bounds

That's an Alex move.

You guys trolling? Yeah, let's get hurt in the first pre season game to get 1 yard instead of -2. Anyways, I think they are good enough to win 8 games and hopefully they do. I'll take pick 47ish over pick 70 (based off last year's draft) any day. They have a solid defense, Charles is a great RB who can take dump offs and turn them into big gains. They have Bowe and did a good job giving Alex QB friendly TE's in Fasano and Kelce. Might not be good enough for playoffs but they should be much improved.

Well it was the same for us yesterday with Kaep. False start on Davis and we settle for a FG. Kaep has more big play potential which is why Harbaugh switched QBs, but TO are a real killer and for all Alex may not have as far as big play potential he does do a great job of helping his team establish field positions which is sorely underrated.

Those long drives keep the defense rested

And his defense rests as the plodding offense chews up clock and tires the opposing defenses

We did chew up clock. Wasn't there only 7 min left in the first when we were done. Alex did that well in 2011 and 2012 which really helped our D be near the top. He will bring that execution to KC.

I thought you guys were thinking along the lines of f'ing p why didnt you cut it in and get a yard or 2. Why were you running out of bounce? Then I'm like why the heck would you risk injury to gain a yard in the first pre season game. I had a brain fart and wasn't thinking about you guys referring to him just throwing the ball away.

There was like 8 minutes left so we chewed up 7 minutes. We can still chew up time as we aren't a bomb it down the field every play team but I think we will move at a little quicker pace than last year. Kap said in last nights post conference they want to make sure we get the play off, too many times we had delays of game and seemed like we chewed up the play clock every time last year. I think we will be more explosive and probably score quicker and as a result the defense will be on the field a little more and probably give up more points. We won't be that 2011 team anymore but it evens out because we will score more and probably give up more. Both styles can work but this style plays more to the game the way it is today. Ideally we want an explosive offense and a great defense. We certainly don't want to be that high flying offense who's defense gives the points right back and we won't be.

Did he even complete a pass to a WR ?

The familiar part is the same old saying: stop the RB
