Maybe we can convert Jenkins to backup QB. 2 problems solved at once!

My early thoughts:
1. When will we start building a rhythm on offense of our starters only play 10 snaps? Yes understand we are checking out our backups but at some point really soon it will be important that the starters work smoothly together. Considering we are still looking for that #2 receiver I think sooner is better than later.
2. Our defense sure is DEEP. We just held the KC offense and the Denver offense to less than 10 points with a mix of starters and backups. This defense could be damn good again this year. Parys Haralson...WELCOME BACK KID!
3. The same formula for beating Alex Smith still works. Pressure him and he looks like a squirrel crossing a freeway at rush hour.7-16 for 62 yards? That's why you lost your job Al.

Can anybody give me a brief bullet point rundown on who looks good/bad and any good bad plays?
Gore and the D look good.
Kap had 1 series and was pulled. All backups at QB look like complete s**t.

Dude. 1's vs 2's.
I kid.
Obviously, our 1's vs their 2's is a huge win for our defense, and only a mild disappointment for our offense.

Nothing really. Wilhoute is the only guy that has really stuck out IMO. Back ups QB's are horrid. AJ still no receptions(possibly due to lack of QB). Kaep played one drive only, missed a wide open Hall for a long ball TD.

Bright spot has been the 1st and 2nd string defenses in these 2 games. Gave up 3 points last week and this week gave up 6 and that's including one drive starting on the 30ish yard line. Low spot has been our 2nd string offense. Wilhoite, Moody to me are locks for 3 and 4 ILB. Skuta and Dahl need to get their on the kick return TD. Skuta's problem is he's not quick enough. He might make it as 5th OLB but doubt he gets much time with the way Haralson and Lemonier have looked. We definitely don't want him in coverage. I'm frustrated we haven't gave the ball to Jenkins on a reverse, have sent him around 4 times not one went to him yet. Need to find a way to get him involved. The QBs aren't impressing and neither are any of the WRs. Wish we would be playing Moore, Lockette, Collie with the first stringers. Too much Osgood and Hall out there for my liking.

"Alex Smith's career record when the opponent scores at least 24 points: 2-27-1"
I....I'm surprised I didn't know that.

If remember correctly, Colin looked like crap last year during preseason. I think that one worked itself out ok. Maybe Jim calls B.S. plays for the preseason, and tells them to do whatever as long as it looks Sh!tty.

Those weren't typical Alex numbers last year. That just seems to be blind hate to me. Alex was a 70% accurate passer, high YPA, but not a high amount of attempts per game. Something like 17 for 24, 225 yards, 1 TD with 3 sacks was a typical Alex last year.
