I agree with this over the post below. Maybe its the homer in me, but I thought he did pretty well against the best duo he would face all season.

He played well, but had a lot of help against Aldon. On most of the pass plays you guys would have a RB or TE chip Aldon. Still, for a rookie making his first start against Aldon it was good. Great learning experience for him and it should help him for the rest of the season.
I think Seattle is a fluke and their OL looks horrible. I think we have a decent starter at LT in the making. I was baffled by the 1st play but after that he seemed OK. I was pretty upset we gave up on Lacy after the fumble, but I understand it. I think we improve massively as the season goes on, both on the OL and DL. You guys looked how I expected. Great. I was suprised by Boldin and the OL though. I thought we would have more pressure unless our plan was gap control.

What did you guys think of our LT outside of the 1st play which was pretty absurd!!!

Pretty much was a holder throughout the entire game.

This. lol Rookie LT held up against both Justin Smith and Aldon Smith. Yeah right. Aldon chasing after a scrambling Rodgers, guess who was holding on to Aldon.

Y'all have a good team, very great chance we'll see you guys in January. Our oline is one if not the best in the league it's not surprising to us Kaep had a lot of time to throw, y'all were impressive with the run defense though.

Im not saying he didnt get away with a couple tonight, but what OL doesnt? I think he did pretty good against the best ends in the league.

This bothered me. I cant tell if they were just trying to get gap control because they were afraid of CK or if they couldnt legitimately get pressure. I hope it was because they were trying to contain CK, but even in that case, Capers is past his prime.

They gave him some help. He didn't do it alone. That would be crazy on the coaches part. Especially when he's protecting Rodgers blindside.

Lets all admit, that 1st play was absurd. WTF was he thinking??? That is not how you start out in the NFL.

Let me add that the Clay play was dirty and I dont condone that at all.

i agree. it was extremely uncalled for and has no place in football. i was surprised he didn't get ejected but oh well.

I was as well. It was dirty and I get what Clay was trying to do, but it was a bad move.

I was more impressed with the Packers defense. Did a very good job basically shutting down the Niners' running game which isn't an easy thing. Then have to deal with the passing game with a couple of injuries in the secondary. I did not expect the Packers to be this 'game' defensively. Lacey got a little better further into the game. He's a tough dude to bring down. They lost the game but very promising in answering some of the questions going into the season. Like the running game, and the not so good defense of last year. The Packers need a quicker, change of pace RB. That would be deadly along side Rodgers passing game. Packers seems to be at their best offensively when they can spread it out. With more space for Rodgers to make quick throws and decisions. Then have a quick and fast RB to put pressure on the underneath when the defense tries to keep up with the receivers downfield. Not sure that Lacey can provide that.

We had Harris who was the Change of Pace back from Lacy. He is out, lets hope Franklin can play that role as the season goes on. I have no idea what MM fascination with Starks is, he is horrible. What frustrates us Packers fans even more is seeing Kuhn on 3rd down....UGHHHHHH!!!
