Same here, we don't have a 2 minute offense, and thats a big problem when we're facing good teams.

I am not saying this just in the context of the regular season. I am saying categorically Seattle is a far better team than the 9ers based on the current roster doesn't matter whether is regular or postseason. They are just better than us, period.

Based on what I've seen from last Dec to now, there is no way we can beat them at the Stick in Dec or up at CLink in the playoffs. Is just that simple. Just can't see it.

and that allows me my opinion based on your categorical responses, but Ill refrain from that. If Seattle wins at SF Ill give you credit.. but until then your posts have a tone associated with those that are new to the zone, Im no way calling you a noob... but you come off similarly to one who is nooblike.

It has nothing to do with whether I am new or have been here for years. It is just my opinion based on my own observations. Of course, I could be wrong and I would love to be wrong. But, frankly ever since last Dec I was pretty sure Seattle had already surpassed us. I tried to stay positive for the week 2 game, but I turned out to be right again. Sometimes, it just sucks to be right especially when it means your team is simply inferior. So, we shall see.

Maybe some of you are forgetting but Kap is pretty young and inexperienced

He has been in the league for three years. He had plenty of time to sit and learn the system. He was placed into a better situation to succeed that 90% of young QB's. Its time to stop using that excuse.

18 career starts. Thats week 2 of his 2nd season as an NFL QB. He cant have a bad game, especially with a poor supporting cast?

2005 was our last passing game this bad, the supporting cast was a lot worse back then; he is going to catch some flak. Hopefully he can rise up and respond but great, even good QBs almost never produce SO little. The fact that we had 45 yards in the second half is not all on Kap but as the QB much of it is on his shoulders. Coaching, o-line, lack of weapons, playing a good D all play a role of course but other QBs have these issues weekly and don't produce what we just witnessed...

I guess Curry plays for an Oakland team, so you can't quite call him Benedict Curry yet.

A Sharks hat would look better on him

seems like our offense and coaching staff just gets super nervous when facing a top defense

they get anxious and forget wtf they know how to

It's Kap.

He didnt seem to mind pressure in the Divisional round, or the NFC Champ game on the road, or the Super Bowl...

I keep reminding myself of those games. He had ice water flowing through his veins. I haven't seen that same spark this year. He hasn't been rebounding from his mistakes, he's been compounding them.
Curry is dead to me

thats when teams didn't know who Kap was....they had gameplans ready for Alex.
you could tell in teh game against New Orleanns that Kap has NERVOUS/panic issues.
His eyes heavily expand under pressure.only the run game saved him.

You are probably right. But hopefully the 49ers keep in the fight cause an injury here or there to other teams could open the window.

Speaking of injuries I wouldn't be so sure about Denver it looks like Manning got his ankles racked again. Guy was limping at the end of the game so who knows?

Really ? Just happened today ? Didn't know that. But, NFC wise, is definitely going to be Seattle that's for sure.

Sweet now that the season is over, I can move on to hockey I suppose. Glad you told me how things turn out!

We don't have an offense period. Well, correction. We have an offense as long as our coaches remember we have one of the best running backs in the game. Yet somehow they always forget about him.

That was last year before no one knew him.

Cool excuse. Too bad big game pressure has nothing to do with whether or not people "knew him". Its a personal battle.

Not an excuse. It's a fact. Teams had the offseason to figure him out.

He grew up in Carolina, he also played at Davidson which is in North Carolina.
IIRC, our record coming off the bye is pretty dismal. What a poor effort offensively.
