SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS VS TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS GAMEDAY THREAD (WEEK 15)

Excellent defensively but very ragged offensive performance. Lots of poor throws and pedestrian, poorly-designed running plays. Whatever happend to scheming someone open by formation instead of just lining up and trying to beat your man in the passing game?

only concerning thing for me was the way the bucs drove down the field for those two TD's so easily. I could see them getting away with it once, but twice?

ideally we'd like the shutout, but i'll take a 33-14 win in a game a lot of 'experts' pegged as a trap game. this the same team that went up 21-0 in seattle. they arent great, but they'll have some moments where they own a series of plays and get some points.

Agreed. Seems to happen a lot right before the half. That won't cut it against a good team.

That td before halftime for the Bucs was all on fangio for going prevent, when we played our base d they had no shot
Helluva 1 hand catch on 3rd 4 by Boldin in the 3rd ptr. Again with his defender all over him, for the conversion. The pass was low to ground to the outside. The dude scooped it up with one hand while being pulled by his defender by the other hand.

Boldin is phenomenal! Teams can't just double team him with Crab back. I hope they can re-sign him for next year, and bring in a young stud like Benjamin from FSU to learn.
In the playoffs, kap is going to have to play better and hit on those throws that he missed. You gotta hit Crabs on that deep ball. Also on Boldin's one handed catch, Crabtree was wide open over the middle for a huge gain. We need to hit on those, especially if we want to beat Seattle in Seattle. Will be no room for error.
A Friend of mine is a photographer, took these pics of the Game!

I am beyond annoyed at our playclock issues.

Could be our achille's heel in the playoffs having to possibly play on the road 3 times in a row to get into the big dance...

Gotta get this fixed ASAP!!!!!!!!

More than that, it will flat cost the 49ers the game in New Orleans or Seattle ... period. And the frustrating part is this has been a problem not for a game or two, or this season ... but for YEARS. It is an annoyance for most here I know, but if a playoff loss can be directly attributed to this issue the zone may implode.

I have come to the conclusion that it won't be fixed and we just have to work around it.

Hopefully we don't have to play in Seattle.
The worst part of the play clock issues wasn't so much Kaep it was MOFOS NOT LINING UP IN THE GOD @#$% RIGHT POSITION. It annoyed me to no end to watch Kap have to tell grown ass men where they're supposed to be. Kap has too pretty much account for every person on the offense and know where they need to be where as these receivers and TEs only need to know a fraction of that. Really?

It was like he was yelling at children... unbelievable! This annoyed me to no end... i am happy for the win, but i wish we could get a handle on these types of gaffs once and for all... sheesh! Play clocks, alignment... even defensive off-sides... smh.

The play clock issues have one major cause: the time it takes to get the damn play call in. It's taking too damn long, especially with a huddle. It doesn't help when Kap decides to change the damn play with 4 secs left on the play clock either.
