Man, I drool when I see Chip Kelly's offense - totally dictates the game flow. Turns turnover machines like Mark Sanchez into pretty decent quarterbacks. That's the kind of coach I would love to see. Someone super creative with the offense who understands how to create separation for the receivers.

Major difference in talent and expectations.

i think gruden would be at the top of the list. now just because he would be at the top of my list means nothing but if you get rid of jh who is popular then you have to bring in someone with a good resume and not a dennis erickson type of thing again. and no promoting any current coach to the head man. i know the dc is popular but i am just so opposed to that IF it comes to that

Maybe Peyton can win it all this year, retire, and come OC for us.

I'd rather have his OC who's regarded as one of the best young offensive minds in football.

Put me down with cc. I like Gruden also, but as HC/OC, then he can bring in any OC he wants. But I want him calling plays a la bellichek.

I am down with that, I like Gruden. But, don't forget to draft a legit pocket passer QB.

I really have a problem when people do not see that Kap is a victim here of a poor coaching staff. When he first started playing he was accurate, he had his instincts to move around and other teams did not know how to cover him. Now, he is unsure, tentative and seems to try and put everything on his back which makes him inaccurate. The difference in him and Wilson is that Wilson was brought up with good coaches. If York and Baalke do not get rid of Harbaugh and his crew immediately, we (49ers) will continue to be dysfunctional. It starts at the Top. Suggestions for coaches....Gruden...not Fanzio. I would only keep Rathman because he is an original 49er. Gruden could take this same talent and take us to the Superbowl and Win and Kap would look like a great up and coming Quarterback that he is.

Is Russell Wilson a pocket passer...was Steve Young a pocket passer?

I love Gruden too but IMO he's not even an option.
There is no way he leaves that cush job he has now. No way.

Everything I've read seems to say it's a foregone conclusion that Tomsula will be our head coach if/when Harbs is gone.

I really hope so, but are you stating your hopes and dreams, or something more?
