And if Harbaugh refuses to fire Roman the way Jim Mora refused to fire Fangio when he was with the Colts..................

Thanks Jimbo, you did great for 2 years, but unfortunately you drafted the wrong QB and changed the offensive philosophy by trying to turn Kap into a pocket passer. I am afraid it was a disastrous move.

If that's the case it's a good excuse for leaving.

Yes. Kaep is a bag of zero's. Compared to what Wilson was doing tonight he has no talent at all and never deserved 100 plus million dollars. Never. If the 1st receiver isn't open there is no read at all on Kaeps part, he runs toward the sideline losing yards or just stands there and takes the sack. He doesn't read the field. He doesn't make any accurate passes on the run or standing in the pocket. I have no clue what this organization was thinking but it is time for all of them to go. Harbaughs staff and Kaep. Bye Bye.
you guys are going to kill kap and compare him to wilson who isn't asked to do 1/4 of what kap is
just ridiculous

Harbaugh is a great coach. Yes he does need to get rid of romen. But the main problem here is Kaep. He SUCKS!!!!!! Just like RG3, he can not perform the most important aspect of being a QB, Throwing from the pocket! Teams have figured him out! As long as he is our QB, we will lose!

The NFL is a great league because you can have an off year then come back with a great year the next. But this team, particularly the offense has struggled badly this year with Roman and it doesn't seem to be getting better. Something has to change, if it comes down to a power struggle between Balke and Harbaugh then I guess this will be the final season for Harbaugh as the head coach.
You guys give up so f**king easily. No wonder so many of my raider friends hates niner fans. Come one guys were better than this. The team needs fan support more than ever!!!
except Roman, he can god EAD.

I just got home from Levi's and agree w/ "Joe" above. Kap just doesn't seem to have it. The questions are this:
HOW would we get rid of him??? Who's gunna take that massive contract for a guy who can't play?
and most importantly.....
WHO are we gunna get to replace him?

Where did this groupthink notion come from that David Shaw is some awesome coach destined for NFL greatness...have you watched Stanford? If you think the 49ers offense is stale, boring, inefficient, and terrible now, just see how much worse it can get under Shaw.

I disagree and agree with Haurbaugh leaving. I sill believe Haurbaugh gives us the best chance of winning the main thing holding him back is his STUBBORNNESS and ability to change and adapt. He refuses to change something if it's not working. His best scenario would be to admit the offense STINKS and admit it sucks and fire Roman and bring some one in who can actually ran it and stay out of there way. If he refuses to do that he won't be back.
