Unless Harbaugh is willing to fire his whole offensive coaching staff.. Ya i think he should be gone. His players like him IMO but has always been terrible with time management and historically bad with challenges. Plus harbaugh has input in play calling which is clearly a problem

Everything thats happening is why he wasn't extended. And why he's out the door at the end of the season.

I hate to say it and would have been the first to refute the idea, but I think Harbaugh's infantile offensive scheme has to go... clearly he won't just replace Roman, so perhaps we need a clean sweep. Kaep has also looked rather terrible most of the season; his accuracy and decision making being no better than Gabbert's.
