Yeah, how about no. Personally I hope Harbaugh stays, he's an effective head coach, no doubt, just need a change in the offense.

So you guys would rather have Pete Carroll?

Think about that .

Its all on Roman.

Today a Ted Ginn was needed but Balke didn't WANT guys like that in the team.

When was the last time we returned a kick-off/punt back for a TD (was it Ted Ginn against the seahawks?)? We're missing that x-factor.

Holmgren, Jon Gruden, Kyle Shanahan..... Plenty of other coaches could get results from this offensive personnel. Kap needs better coaching. Harbaugh's "QB whisperer" rep has taken a major hit with Kaep not developing further.

Jon Gruden and Mike Holmgren? Please step into the 2010s. Kyle Shanahan yes. There are some other OCs floating out there. Mike Sherman (Miami looks decent and Tannehill has actually gotten better), Dirk Koetter, Tom Clements, etc.

Sherman isn't even the oc for Miami anymore, they fired him during the offseason
He checked out a long time ago. He hasn't had that same Harbaugh-style fire and energy as he did in past seasons.

And he screwed up big time with Kap by drilling it in his head to take away his legs.

Harbaugh simply is not willing to be flexible... probably because he has a ridiculous ego. I think all of this team's problems stem from those two issues. He's set on making Kap a pocket QB and Kap is simply a robot virtually in every aspect on the field with the press, everywhere. Harbaugh went all in on being a qb whisperer and offensive genius this year and it is not working.

I think we're at a stalemate and he will refuse to make changes eventually he will either win out and quiet everyone or he will not be here next year.

I am tired of his act... And I might guess I'm not alone... Also tired of Kap and his "we didn't execute... We need to execute better" answer to everything which I think is driven by Harbaugh.

It'll be interesting to see how this plays out.
O line is a problem. We are a rushing team first, Kap is not a not a pure passing qb. If our o line would block better and open up big holes for Gore and pass block for kap we wouldnt having this stupid thread conversation. Kap is the most sacked qb in the league. O line O line O line. in order for your offense to produce you neeeeed your o line to function .
glad to see that cooler heads are prevailing

you know who else has a bad o line?
Russel wilson. However, he makes the throws kap can't. He is capable of buying his guys time and he delivers in big games. Kap just doesn't have the smarts to take this team where it should be. He will go the way of Cam Newton and RG3.

Smartest man in the franchise

York has done a piss poor job at management.
kap has low football iq
o line cannot pass protect even though it's been better as of late
our oc cannot call a nice game.

I don't know who our next coach will be but he better keep fangio and his defensive staff with him.

Ginn left to play at WR. Jim didn't play him there. Baalke got Ginn for a 5th. Jim pretty much is the reason Ginn left because we didn't use him as a third WR like CAR did. We ran two TE sets more than three wide so Ginn left. That's not Baalke fault

We also have out of control players, a media circus with our GM and coach and an owner who is not proactive in preventing that.He let's the Harbaugh contract dangle because he does'nt want to pay him for the job he's done but yet people say "well he's done a great job, he's got us three straight championships"....Come on.He should have sacked up and told Jim and Trent to straighten up and act like professionals but he just sat by saying thats just the way they are. Then you got arrest after arrest with our players to the point where the Raiders are the team with model citizen's in the bay area. You can't credit him for the championships that was Harbaugh's coaching and Baalkes GM skills. The only thing he gets credit for is Levi's stadium. The rest of his ownership needs a lot of improvement. It starts from the top.

How can you even begin to discredit the front office with what you've said. How do you discredit the wins the championship games the super bowl the new stadium and super bowl fifty. You can't! You can mention the media fiascos and whatnot but what we've done we've done and most of our players are excellent citizens. I didn't hear you mention Jim and Peru or Boldin and Q81 or Kap and Camp Taylor. What we've done we've done and Jed has done an excellent job of resurrecting my club from last decade. It ain't perfect but what is? Oh. And Jed hired Trent who hired Jim.
