If our o line would block better and open up big holes for Gore and pass block for kap we wouldnt having this stupid thread conversation. Kap is the most sacked qb in the league. O line O line O line. in order for your offense to produce you neeeeed your o line to function .

I didn't hear you mention Jim and Peru or Boldin and Q81 or Kap and Camp Taylor. What we've done we've done and Jed has done an excellent job of resurrecting my club from last decade. It ain't perfect but what is? Oh. And Jed hired Trent who hired Jim.
We also have out of control players, a media circus with our GM and coach and an owner who is not proactive in preventing that.He let's the Harbaugh contract dangle because he does'nt want to pay him for the job he's done but yet people say "well he's done a great job, he's got us three straight championships"....Come on.He should have sacked up and told Jim and Trent to straighten up and act like professionals but he just sat by saying thats just the way they are. Then you got arrest after arrest with our players to the point where the Raiders are the team with model citizen's in the bay area. You can't credit him for the championships that was Harbaugh's coaching and Baalkes GM skills. The only thing he gets credit for is Levi's stadium. The rest of his ownership needs a lot of improvement. It starts from the top.
Their my team too... but you can't sit here and tell me a lot of this media circus with our team couldn't have been prevented. You can't credit the turnaround of the team and then not pay the man in the trenches responsible.Yes there are good players on our team who are good citizens and then there are alot of knuckle headed things done by players.I'm sorry you disagree but from my fan point of view these offseasons of Harbaugh Vs Baalke and mulitple arrests or investigations into players has gone too far.We can agree to disagree

Well maybe just maybe Jed could have been unsure about whether Jim could win it all. I was sure Jim should remain after three straight NFCCG but this season we've regressed offensively and we are being out played and out coached in some games. And our QB play has been very up and down. We are 7-5 but Jed has been on record saying that it is Super Bowl or bust. This is what he wants and me too but I am thankful for what Jim has done regardless. I've seen worse like say last decade

So out of curiosity what did you expect Jed to do regarding Kaepernick, tried by the media for raping a girl when he wasn't even in the house? McDonald? Oh those charges were dropped as well. How you can even spin the ridiculous media-created fantasy of our offseason into blaming the owner is a total mystery. Neither you nor I know that truth behind the media allegations of a war between Harbaugh and Baalke and both have spoken out against it. But I guess you would prefer to believe the myth creators in the media despite their record of inventing slander.
Smith was the only offseason issue and for that the blame needs to rest with the player not the owner.
I assume the man in the trenches responsible for the turnaround of the team, who you blame Jed for not paying, is Harbaugh? You are aware that the negotiations were shelved at Harbaughs request to prevent them being an issue during the season? He also still has another year left on his contract.
And finally, I intend to sit here and tell you that most of the media circus could not have been prevented by anyone who has anything to do with the team. There are some poisonous reptiles pretending to be journalists out there who have their hooks in the team. A few checks would show you how little of the garbage they print turns out to be true.

The Jay Glazer report I've posted before the audio of his explanation and it goes like oh I just get this feeling that.... No sources no nothing just pure speculation. Then our fans believe it somehow. If Jim isn't here next year it is because Trent and Jed thinks he can't get us six. That call would be made at seasons end and not some foregone conclusion like these liars have reported!

and most importantly.....
WHO are we gunna get to replace him?
Well, to begin with we can't get rid of him until we have a replacement.
So, let's start with the draft. We must draft a pocket passer QB high. I don't know who that might be at the moment as I am yet to study next year's QB prospects. But, one thing for sure is there is no room to be cute in trying to find that gem and take a gamble in the lower rounds. We will have to go all out and get that guy.
As to who will take up that contract ? They might not have to if we cut him. I don't think we can worry about that at this point, if we have to cut ties we will just have to swallow the loss. That is the cost of making a monumental mistake by giving him that fat contract so early.
Anyway, let's draft that guy first and hopefully he can cream Kap in camp and we can go from there.

O-line is not a problem. Kaepernick not recognizing blitzes, hot reads and coverages is a problem. The OL is fine. Like 30 QBs would kill to have that OL.

And this is exactly why we need Harbaugh back.
Vic Fangio has never been a HC for a reason. He knows its not in his skillset.
And LOL @ everyone who is sick of the way Harbaugh does things, but then wants to bring in the one guy from his own Stanford staff that didnt come to the Niners? Really?? Shaw was Harbaughs guy at Stanford. Its the same thing.

More like "abysmal at pass blocking". Look at the "Pass Block" column.
Thats for the SEASON. Not even including tonight.

Have you been watching the games? He hasn't been given any protection most of the season and quite often has had a DE or linebacker in his face before he has had time to look downfield. He hasn't had a good season but to load all the blame on him is ridiculous.
