So out of curiosity what did you expect Jed to do regarding Kaepernick, tried by the media for raping a girl when he wasn't even in the house? McDonald? Oh those charges were dropped as well. How you can even spin the ridiculous media-created fantasy of our offseason into blaming the owner is a total mystery. Neither you nor I know that truth behind the media allegations of a war between Harbaugh and Baalke and both have spoken out against it. But I guess you would prefer to believe the myth creators in the media despite their record of inventing slander.

Smith was the only offseason issue and for that the blame needs to rest with the player not the owner.

I assume the man in the trenches responsible for the turnaround of the team, who you blame Jed for not paying, is Harbaugh? You are aware that the negotiations were shelved at Harbaughs request to prevent them being an issue during the season? He also still has another year left on his contract.

And finally, I intend to sit here and tell you that most of the media circus could not have been prevented by anyone who has anything to do with the team. There are some poisonous reptiles pretending to be journalists out there who have their hooks in the team. A few checks would show you how little of the garbage they print turns out to be true.

I am aware of all that as well as the Ann Killion,Lowell Cohn and Tim Kawakami's of the world who create hype to sell papers. It was also a mutual decision between Harbaugh and Jed to shelve those talks. My point on that is we were the laughing stock of the league with a quarterback who was an absolute joke at the time and this coach comes in and turns you into a powerhouse with 3 straight championship games in a row.Yet you sit there and say not good enough. He should have gotten a new contract after his second season as coach. As far as the players it's been incident after incident.Did you forget Chris Culliver with the hit and run and brass knuckles? Kilgore? And Ray Mcdonalds case? A little sketchy: http://deadspin.com/da-memo-in-ray-mcdonald-case-shows-how-cop-worked-as-49-1656872780

When you have mulitple police related incidents at your company you need to put an end to it or attempt to as CEO(suspensions, loss of pay, something). If you don't believe in your coach replace him with who you think will do what you want don't just sit there and let him dangle and let the media sharks create a frenzy and cause distractions.

Anyone who wants Harbaugh out deserves Dennis Erickson for 8 years. You guys are crazy.

I will say this, I do not think Roman is making the cut. However, if harbaugh is rightfully extended to a monster deal he should honestly get a new OC. You get a feeling the players don't believe in the scheme.
Best Option # 1: Harbarugh - HC
Helfrich - OC
Fangio - DC

Best Option # 2: Tomsula - HC
Helfrich - OC
Fangio - DC
Also...if there was a scenario where Harbaugh could be traded to another team for draft picks, if he's adamant that he and Roman are a package deal and has to come with him, does it "kill" the deal in any and all scenarios? If the general opinion of other NFL Brass is that Roman "weighs down" Harbaugh, might that be a deal breaker. For Jim's sake (and ours if it comes to York/Baalke dealing him) I hope he takes a page from brother John's book and doesn't let the underachieving OC be a millstone around his neck.
Roman = Mark Jackson.....We need a Kerr to get the most of the talent out of this offense

why no? As senior consultant or OC. I think it's short term effective. Holmgren can't build a franchise. But we won't be asking him to do that.

Ryan leaf thinks Kap makes bad decisions.
I don't think Roman will be here come Black Monday.

I personally would like to keep JH- I like his passion and I think it rubs off on the players. However, if JH only wants GR then they both have to go.

I thought the playcalling was better after JH took over last night, but with 4 minutes left it was way too late.

And what about Kap? I don't think that he's the future of this team. i hope i'm wrong but look what was happening when we had the ball right at the end. We didn't use a timeout and wasted 30 seconds just standing around.

Jim Harbaugh got fired? Who replaced him? What was our final record for the 2014-2015 season? Who won the Superbowl?

How did I miss all this ishh?!

I agree. I believe Roman will be fired within today.

The offense is just too far gone and as such I think Harbaugh is beyond salvageable. I think he will be fired along with most offensive coaching staff once the season ends cos they can't fire everybody all at once still with 4 games to go.

As for Kap, I believe next season will be his last, but in the meantime we will draft a legit pocket passer next May to compete with Kap in camp. If he beats out Kap, the rookie might start and Kap will be either cut or traded.
