Laughable. In reality, the only guy that really deserves to be in the Pro Bowl this year is Bethea. Maybe Smith but certainly no one from the offense.

They have to keep Iupati. He is a great run blocker and not as bad of a pass blocker as made out to be on the WZ. Bad communication with the new Centers accounted for most of the problems. He was not out done athletically. Franchise Tag or new contract.

Far right column is sorted pass blocking among all NFL Guards this season.

Iupati is really bad. 58th of 79 Guards. But, hes elite at run blocking, so its not as big of a deal.

They likely made it on reputation, but they had good seasons overall. Probably should have been alternates. Unfortunately the combo of Marcus Martin, Jonathan Martin, and Alex Boone totally derailed this line.

I guess the pro-bowl truly means nothing now. This is kinda like the year the Texans sent a couple guys from the line to the pro-bowl... and both were out of the league (sort of... drifting in and out may be a better term), within a year.

The Iupati selection really vexes me. That's total crap. That's an insult to the position.

You don't even watch football if you think Iuptati is not good. The stupid Centers make the mistakes and Iupati takes the blame. Iupati is a beast. All the other teams in this league would love to have him and we should keep him.
