No he isn't. Ownership wanted him to coach their way. Jim isn't a puppet.

He probably is missing that playoff feeling right now

Pisses me off because that is his brother's inferior team that he lost our first Super Bowl ever to then had audacity to ask for a raise!
See Jim is at the Ravens game--- wonder what he'll tell Kubiak about San Fran
Kubiak just called 5 runs, 3 passes and RAN inside the 5 yard line for a TD.

I'm sold!

He had our only Super Bowl loss to an inferior team. That Halas trophy means nothing!

LOL Jim Mora Jr.
This may have already been posted but according to Ian Rapoport, Adam Schefter, and Jason Cole the 49ers have already interviewed both Mike and Kyle Shanahan.

He keeps this up we may be waiting a few more weeks for our HC! The zone will implode (again)!

Which is unfortunate, but Kubiak didn't have a stroke so I guess he'll be ok for awhile at least.

He had a mini stroke, shich is a precursor of something worse down the line if proper care and treatment is not received, all of which I am sure he is getting. A mini stroke is not a guarantee of a stroke or any further complications.

It warrants monitoring but seeing as how he hasnt had any subsequent incidents, or at least nothing that has been made public, I think it wont be as big of an issue as some think.

I have said many times that his and shanny's flavor of WCO is my favorite in the league for the last decade or so. When that zone blocking is clicking it's a thing of beauty.

I'm watching the play calling and line blocking on that TD drive and more convinced than ever that we should go for him!

Head Coach : Gary Kubiak
Offensive Coordinator : Rick Dennison
Senior Offensive Consultant : Mike Shanahan

Put a paper job title on Shanny, pay him a hefty sum, and give him an office so he can be here to coach, teach and mentor. On gamedays given his paper title, Kubiak has the option to have him on the sideline working directly with the QB or in the booth acting as an extra set of eyes.

That line had numbers similar to SF's last season, their turnaround with minimal player turnover is a bit awe inspiring.

From 48 sacks given up to 19 is pretty incredible.

One thing I'll give to Big Bro Harbaugh is that he can put together a pretty damn good coaching staff.
