Just because a coach is on the market doesn't automatically mean they are bad or they are a problem.

Agreed, they have to make everything into racism. If I'm an owner I'll hire the best guy who I believe can do the job whether he's white, black, Hispanic or whatever. If a team doesn't think a black guy is the guy then why waste your and his time? It just makes a complete mockery of this rule

big hire.. that is the only way you can settle the certain segment of the fan base down who hated to see jim and roman go

Shanahan, kubiak or gase and I'll be satisfied. Just make sure if its shanahan have someone ready to take over whenever he retires after he wins a few sbs
