This. If our roster was full of youth I would say go with the young hot shot. But this team is full of Veterans and I think a veteran coach like Kubiak or Shanny is a better fit especially with being able to get the leaders in the locker room behind the new coach. I feel it would be harder to get the veteran backing if it's a young hot shot coach.
